Terms of Service

1. What BuyTechLeads is

BuyTechLeads ("we", "us") operates a marketplace at buytechleads.com where businesses and freelancers ("you") purchase project leads: rewritten project briefs together with the client's contact details and an outreach draft. Leads are sourced from multiple platforms and rewritten for clarity. We are not a party to any engagement you may enter with a client, and we do not guarantee a reply, an engagement, or any commercial outcome.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, abuse the platform, or attempt to scrape, resell or redistribute leads.

3. Buying leads

  • Each lead is sold to a maximum of two buyers, ever. When both spots are taken the lead is permanently delisted.
  • Prices are shown in USD and charged at purchase via our payment provider.
  • Upon successful payment you receive access to the full brief, the client contact details and the outreach draft in your account.
  • All sales are final. Faulty lead data is compensated with a replacement lead credit as described in the Refund Policy; no money refunds are provided.

4. Acceptable use of lead data

  • Lead data is licensed to you for your own business development only.
  • You may not resell, publish, share or redistribute briefs or contact details.
  • You are responsible for complying with applicable outreach and anti-spam laws in your and the client's jurisdiction (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR) when contacting a client.

5. No guarantees

We verify contact data before listing and screen briefs for quality, but leads describe third-party projects that can change or be withdrawn at any time. Except for the replacement credit in the Refund Policy, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the lead concerned.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: team@buytechleads.com.
